Prime location! You're just a stone's throw away from a bustling public square. Plus, you've got the Zocalo right next to you, along with loads of restaurants, cafes, and bars in the vicinity 🏙️.

Perfect location right at Zocalo, with valet parking. Free breakfast with great choices. Spacious and clean room. English speaking front-desk staff is always available.
Old room facility. No air conditioning in room, and no mesh screening over windows. Feel hot in room, but when the window was open, it was bit noisy outside and risked letting in mosquitos.

Front office and bar/restaurant staff friendly & courteous. The room (a Junior Suite, overlooking the Zocalo) was spacious and quite well appointed. Everything was clean, and everything worked. Location is great, and although the room was overlooking the Zocalo, street noise at night was negligible.

The rooms are a nice size with a good view. the restaurant is good. - the complimentary breakfast is served by a friendly staff. - the location is unbeatable, just steps away from a colonial cathedral. - It's only a 15-minute walk to downtown.

People were always helpfull and diligent to help. The rooms were clean and with enough space. The location excellent. Price was convenient. It offered buffet breakfast.
Does not have aircondinioting in the rooms. The iron and the hair dryer had to be asked for with the concierge (but it was ok).

We got a room on the first floor, right over the restaurant, with windows looking out on the Zocalo. Fantastic window view and a great location if you want to explore the historic centre of Puebla. The room was clean, although not very modern - it had a "vintage" feeling to it. The breakfast buffet, included in the price of our stay, was moderately diverse and the dishes tasted ok.
The view from the room was great, but the noise from the restaurant/traffic during the night is really bothersome - we should have taken the room on the 3rd floor we were offered as second choice. The wi-fi reception in the room was useless - the connection was constantly breaking. To actually use the internet, we had to go to the lobby.

I enjoyed the view from my suite... The preparations for easter were especially interesting. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The best location for a first time visit to puebla!!
I was dissapointed with the suite. The furniture was average and 3 beds made it feel like a dormitory.

Great central location, within walking distance to many attractions. Clean rooms, but quality may vary. Helpful and professional staff. Delicious food with a scenic rooftop restaurant. Close proximity to historic Zocalo area.

Great location. Professional staff. Delightful views. Free parking. Rewritten review: The Royalty Hotel Boutique in Puebla is a fantastic choice due to its great location. The staff members are professional and provide excellent service. The hotel also offers delightful views, which add to the overall charm of the stay. Additionally, guests will appreciate the convenience of free parking. With a variety of restaurants, like "Mi Viejo Pueblito," located within a 10-minute walk, it's easy to find a delicious meal nearby. Additionally, we were able to conveniently park our car close to the hotel.

The location with window that opened to the Zocalo. The cathedral and Zocalo were beautifully lit in the night.
The hotel was also noisy because of it's location on the Zocalo. There were demonstrations both mornings.

George
The breakfast offered was exceptionally nice with Mexican fare and beans, as for instance. New-fashioned room, that also was huge with a view. The location was unbeatable for walking around a vibrant public square.

The room had two windows with a small balcony overlooking the zocalo and it was perfect for watching people go by and listen to the music from different restaurants while enjoying a glass of wine.
